Silent Activity offers an individual, professional and holistic approach to well-being with a certified coach and certified lifestyle instructor. During coaching sessions one learns to develop personal, healthy, daily routines from within for emotional, physical and inner well-being.

This way, natural balance can be restored and certain lifestyle related diseases, such as burn-out, insomnia and Diabetes can be prevented.

How:

Health coaching guides people in establishing a healthy lifestyle. This includes giving tools for: preventing stress, releasing stress, establishing deep sleep, creating healthy emotions, regular exercise and healthy nutrition and digestion. In addition, specific breathing techniques, individualized yoga poses and meditations are offered to keep one grounded, energized and focused during the day! During health coaching one learns to take practical steps to take more control of one’s own health and well-being in a pace and format that meets the needs of the client.

As a result, one feels rested during the day, energized at work and fit to face challenges.

Silent Activity motivates and empowers people to participate in their own health and well-being by helping them to connect to their intuitive intelligence, so they can start to live a joyful, balanced and purposeful life.

Group coaching has the power to expand individual awareness through sharing knowledge, wisdom, intentions, successes and challenges. You start to see the common desires of every human being, as well as the similar patterns, which prevents one from living a joyful life.

This way, you start to look beyond group differences and connect with each other in the desire to be healthy and feel happy from within.

How:

Group health coaching guides groups into establishing a healthy, mindful lifestyle. This includes topics as emotional freedom, healthy daily routines, thriving at work, establishing harmonious relationships and peace at home.

Through group visualizations, you set individual intentions around these topics, which can be shared in the group. Through group body-awareness exercises and guided meditations one learns to connect to the body’s wisdom. By getting more connected to the body’s inherent intelligence, practical steps can be established from within, towards personal health and well being. Sharing your journey and reflecting upon it within the group, helps raise individual awareness and can motivate you along the way.

Even though you have a personal journey and responsibility, you can learn from the knowledge, wisdom and experiences of others.

This not only motivates you on your path, but you can also motivate others on theirs. This establishes a reciprocal relationship between people with a common goal: health, vitality and well being.
