Silent Activity Program

A guide to awareness, peace and inner silence in the midst of daily activity.

  • Thriving at work: how to be successful, challenges at work, looking for the ideal job, how can you serve?

  • Harmonious relationships: conscious listening, observing and communicating, setting boundaries, from ego to connection

  • Peace at home: parent-child relationships, expectations, disconnection, conscious parenting

  • Acting out your inner purpose: inner and outer purpose, from stress to inner peace, modalities of Silent Activity, individual and collective well-being

Whole Health Program

Formerly known as the Perfect Health: Ayurvedic Lifestyle Program. This program is based upon a combination of the ancient wisdom of the Body-mind Medicine of Ayurveda and modern science.

  • Nutrition: healthy nutrition, eat for balance, healthy digestion

  • Emotions: prevent and release stress, conscious communication and responses, getting needs met from the inside out
